it's Ouran's school festival (in commoner's terms : funfair)[they put up festivals only because they can afford it] and every big shot is invited. what better way to earn some dough and reputation?
the host club is in the third music room serving guests (nothing surprising about that) and then here comes in the great Obasama of Suou and introduces her much hated grandson(she said, "dont touch me you filthy thing")(poor guy's actually a bastard...)[and yet i say it oh-so casually] to a french girl. let's just say she's got royal blood. so ya, it explains alot. except for her name - Eclaire. what kind of f****** name is Eclaire?!?!?!?
